The Adult Bible Study is Sunday mornings during the Sunday School Hour. Led by Pastor Busch, it has included studies of various books of the Bible, specific topics, and occasional special topics of concern.
Everyone is welcome to attend!
Circles of Friends are small group faith families forming friendships to support and encourage faith in each other’s lives.
About seven to eleven folks meet monthly to share nourishment, encouragement, and faithful discussions about life. Each group finds what will work for them, and creates their personal Circle that is happily anticipated by everyone..
Zion's Women's Bible Study meets on Wednesday afternoons from 12:30-2:30 pm in the church conference room (except during the holidays and summer months). Women of all ages are welcome! We study topics that are of interest particularly to women using scripture as the basis for these studies.
The Prayer Shawl Group knits and crochets prayer shawls, prayer cloths, and baby blankets, as well as items to support the Zion’s Christmas Craft Fair.
Scrappy Ladies is a group of women who gather at Marlene’s home to do scrapbooking. The fellowship is warm and wonderful. Marlene fixes a dinner and dessert. We sometimes just talk, depending on the needs of others. The friendships are true and lasting. We try to meet the third Friday of each month at 5:30 p.m. All are welcome to join.
Both the Zion Fellowship Board and Zion Family Ministry host potlucks, other events and celebrations throughout the year.
Zion Lutheran Youth Fellowship meets for Bible study and fellowship, and includes youth in 6th through 12th grades.
