Zion’s School Age Care is open from 7:15 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. and 2:40 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. There is a 10 minute grace period in the afternoon where you may pickup your child from SAC without incurring any charges. SAC will follow the school calendar and the program is closed on days that the school is closed. Your child’s teacher will notify you if SAC is closed any other day. If you need SAC anytime from 6:00 a.m. to 7:15 a.m., please let your teacher know 48 hours in advance and they will see if they can make arrangements for an earlier morning SAC teacher.
SAC fees are not included in your tuition and are billed separately. SAC costs $7.00 per hour per student, you will be billed for the time your child is in the SAC program. There is a $1.50 per minute late charge for any time after 6:00 pm. This additional charge will be included in your monthly SAC bill. SAC billing will end on the last day of each month.
The SAC teacher will note the time that you either drop off or pick up your child. You will need to sign your child in and out of SAC.
If your account is two or more months behind in the payment of SAC Fees your child will not be admitted into SAC and must be picked up by 2:50pm.
